2017-2018 Dance Schedule, Rates, and Class Info
Please print out a registration form (front and back) on one sheet only and fill it out. We will fill out the classes your child would like to take. Please bring the registration fee of $40 for one child or $55 for two children or more. You can also mail in the registration fee and registration form, with the classes your child would like to take listed on a separate sheet of paper. Please make sure to include back-up choices in case the classes your child would like to take are full. If you are interest, we offer automatic payments for registration fees, tuition, costume fees, and recital fees. Please print this form, fill it out, and turn it in with your registration sheet.

Since we follow the Chesapeake Public Schools calendar for closings (except teacher workdays), here is a copy of their 2017-2018 calendar for your convenience.
*Tuition is Pro-Rated over ten months (September-June).The amount to be paid is the same each month, including the months with Holidays or Closings.
*Fees are due at the first of the month. If the fees are not paid by the end of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be charged.
*If your payments are not up to date by the week of recital, your child will not dance. NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes: costume fees, tuition, recital fees, etc.
*Any check returned by the bank will have a $30.00 fee added. Upon the 2nd returned check, payment will be required by: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Certified Checks or Cashiers Checks.
